摘　　要：报告2例萎缩型隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤。例1男,42岁。腹股沟斑块4年,新生结节3个月;例2男,47岁。左胸部结节10年余。皮损组织病理检查、免疫组化及弹性纤维染色证实两例患者均为萎缩型隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤。Two cases of atrophic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans are reported. Case 1： A 42-year-old man presented with plaque on the groin for 4 years and nodule for 3 months. Case 2： A 47-year-old man presented with nodule on the left chest. The histopathological examination, elastic fiber and immunohistochemical staining confirmed the diagnosis of atrophic dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
