摘  要:升沉补偿装置作为深水钻井设备的重要组成部分,可补偿平台因环境载荷作用引起的钻柱升沉运动,具有保持井底钻压稳定和提高钻井效率的作用。一种将液压驱动式改进为机械驱动式的新型天车升沉补偿装置,主要由浮动天车机构、齿轮齿条机构、滑块滑道机构和钢丝绳摇臂机构四部分组成,在天车进行升沉补偿过程中,通过补偿电机驱动主动齿轮和从动齿轮,使浮动天车在直齿轮轨道上运动,利用燕尾型滑块滑道机构来保持浮动天车的平稳运行和均衡受载,钢丝绳摇臂机构利用补偿运动过程中的富余能量进行被动补偿,该装置可实现天车对浮式钻井平台升沉运动的机械驱动补偿,能提高升沉补偿效率和提高能量利用率。Heave compensation device as an important part of deepwater drilling equipment, the heave can compensate the heave motion of drillstring platform caused by environmental loads, it plays an important role to keep the pressure of drilling hole bottom stability and improve drilling efficiency. The new crane-block heave compensation device which was hydraulically driven type improved as the mechanical driven type, and the device consists of four parts that is floating crane-block mechanism, rack and pinion mechanism, sliders and slide mechanism and wire rope rocker mechanism, in the process of the crown-block to have a heave compensation, it drives the driving gear and driven gear through compensation motor, make the floating crane-block move on the track of straight gear, while using the dovetail sliders and slide mechanism to maintain the smooth running and load balancing of the floating crane-block, and the wire rope rocker mechanism which is designed can use the surplus energy to play a passive compensation function in the process of compensation movement, this device can realize the floating drilling platform heave compensation movement that mechanical driven by the crown, and can improve the efficiency of heave compensation and improve energy utilization.
