Determination of Chlorophenols in Water by Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry

摘  要:建立顶空固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱法测定地表水和生活饮用水中2,4-二氯酚、2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚。结果表明,方法浓度范围均达到0.05~200μg/L,相关系数〉0.9980,2,4-二氯酚、2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚的检出限分别为0.01、0.01、0.03μg/L,在加标量为1.00、15.0、160μg/L时,3种氯酚的平均回收率分别为(87.4%~109%)、(95.6%-107%)和(88.6%-102%),精密度RSD分别为(3.2%-7.2%)、(2.9%~6.9%)和(2.1%~6.3%),满足地表水和生活饮用水的检测要求。The method for determination of 2,4-DCP, 2,4,6-TCP and PCP in the surface water and drinking water by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was established. The results indicated that the proposed method allowed the measurement of 2,4-DCP, 2,4,6-TCP and PCP over the range of 0.05 to 200 p,g/L with correlation coefficients of 0. 998 4, 0. 998 7 and 0. 999 1 respectively and their detection limits of 0.01 μg/L, 0.01 μg/L and 0.03 μg/L respectively. When the standard additions were 1.00 Ixg/L, 15.0 μg/L and 160 μg/L respectively, the recoveries of2,4-DCP, 2,4,6-TCP and PCP were 87.4% to 109%, 95.6% to 107% and 88.6% to 102% respectively, with the relative standard deviations of 3.2% to 7.2% , 2.9% to 6.9% and 2.1% to 6.3% respectively. It could meet the monitoring requirements for each object compound in the surface water and drinking water.
