摘 要:目的探讨SMURF1、RUNX3蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例PTC组织及20例正常甲状腺组织中SMURF1、RUNX3蛋白的表达,分析两者在PTC与正常甲状腺组织中的表达差异及其与PTC患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果 PTC组织中SMURF1蛋白阳性表达率高于正常甲状腺组织,而RUNX3阳性表达率低于正常甲状腺组织(均P<0.01);SMURF1、RUNX3蛋白的表达与PTC患者的TNM分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移均相关(均P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小等因素均无关(均P>0.05)。PTC组织中SMURE1的蛋白表达与RUNX3蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.564,P<0.05)。结论 SMURF1、RUNX3蛋白在PTC组织中表达异常,并呈负相关,提示两者可能相互作用,共同促进PTC发生、发展,两者可作为PTC分类和分期的辅助指标。Objective TO investigate the expression of SMURF1 and RUNX3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was applied to detect the expression of SMURF1 and RUNX3 in 60 samples of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and 20 samples of normal thyroid tissue. The relationship of SMURF1, RUNX3 expression with clinical and pathological features of PTC was analyzed. Results The positive rate of SMURF1 protein expression in PTC were significantly higher than that in normal thyroid tissue, while the positive rate of RUNX3 protein expression in PTC were significantly Iower(P〈O.01). The expression of SMURF1 and RUNX3 in PTC was correlated with TNM stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis of PTC (P〈0.05), however, was not correlated with sex, age of patients and tumor size(P〉0.05). SMURF1, RUNX3 protein expression in PTC was negatively correlated with each other(r = -0.564, P〈0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of SMURF1 and RUNX3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma suggests that these two proteins might be used as auxiliary clinicopathological indicators of the cancer.
