摘　　要：目的对Amelogenin基因座分型结果为"X"的男孩进行STR和SRY检测分析。方法收集被鉴定人孩子和其父母血液,对常染色体STR(20个)、X-STR(12个)、Y-STR(23个)系统进行分型,并进行SRY基因检测分析。结果孩子常染色体STR系统中Amel基因座表现为"X",X-STR各基因座均表现为双峰,23个Y-STR基因座中仅有5个得到扩增产物,而SRY基因检测结果为阴性。结论分析认为,被鉴定人孩子Y染色体存在,但大部分缺失,而其性别应为男性,其性别异常发生机制较复杂,需要进一步分析探讨。Objective To analyze the sex determination of a boy with ＂ X＂ by Amelogenin typing.Methods The blood of the children and their parents were collected,genotyping of the common chromosome STR（ 20）,X-STR（ 12） and Y-STR（ 23）,and the SRY gene was detected and analyzed. Results In the STR system,the Amel gene was expressed as ＂ X＂,and X-STR was expressed of bimodal,and only 5 of the Y-STR 23 loci were amplified,and the SRY gene was negative. Conclusion The analysis of the Y chromosome is identified,but most of them are missing,and their gender should be male,and its mechanism is complex,and it needs further analysis.
