摘　　要：目的评价桂龙通络胶囊配合泼尼松治疗慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病的疗效。方法将120例本病缓慢进展型患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例(脱落2例,完成58例)采用泼尼松并用中药桂龙通络胶囊治疗,对照组60例(脱落3例,完成57例)采用泼尼松治疗,共3个月,比较两组治疗前后四肢肌力、肢体运动、感觉功能,日常生活能力(ADL)积分及神经传导速度变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.4%(53/58),对照组为73.7%(42/57),两组比较差异有统计学意义(秩和检验u=2.1477,P<0.05)。在上肢远端、下肢近端肌力增加,四肢运动功能及感觉障碍改善,ADL积分及尺神经、腓总神经运动传导速度和腓肠神经感觉传导速度改善方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂龙通络胶囊配合泼尼松治疗慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病的临床疗效较单纯应用泼尼松治疗为优。Objective To evaluate the effect of Guilong Tongluo capsule combined with prednisone in treating chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases of the treatment group（2 cases have been displaced, 58 cases completed the test） were treated with prednisone and Guilong Tongluo capsule. 60 cases of the control group（ 3have been displaced, 57 cases completed test） were treated with prednisone. After treating for 3 months, the change of the limb muscle strength, limb movement, and sensory function, ability of daily life（ADL） scores and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.4%（53 / 58） and 73.7%（42 / 57）,respectively, and the difference had statistical significance（ rank sum test u =2.1477, P 〈 0.05）. The muscle strength in the proximal distal upper limb and lower limb improved and the limb movement function and sensory disorder, ADL scores and the motor conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve and the common peroneal nerve and sensory conduction velocity of the sural nerve improved in treatment group which was significantly better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Guilong Tongluo capsule combined with prednisone in treating chroic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy is superior to simple application of prednisone treatment.
