摘　　要：目的观察手三里穴治疗痛证的疗效,包括腿痛、落枕和急性腰扭伤。方法治疗腿痛,针刺取压痛明显侧的手三里穴;治疗落枕取患侧手三里穴;治疗急性腰扭伤,一侧疼痛取健侧穴,两侧或正中疼痛取两侧穴。结果治疗一次后,三个病例都取得了满意的治疗效果。结论手三里治疗急性腿痛、落枕和急性腰扭伤,简单易行,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture Shousanli（ LI10） in treating pain syndrome, such as leg pain,neck stiffness and acute lumbar sprain. Methods For leg pain, acupuncture Shousanli（LI10） which had obviously tenderness side. For neck stiffness, acupuncture Shousanli（LI10） side. In the treatment of acute lumbar sprain, contralateral point was seleted and both sides points for both sides pain or middle position. Results After treatment once, three cases obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion Shousanli（LI10） in treating acute leg pain, neck stiffness and acute lumbar sprain was simple and feasible, the therapeutic effect was distinct, and it was worthy of promotion.
