侯氏黑散配合西药治疗急性缺血性脑中风45例

摘　　要：目的观察侯氏黑散配合西药治疗急性缺血性脑中风的近期临床疗效。方法将90例急性缺血性脑中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用侯氏黑散,每日一剂,水煎服。疗程均为14d。观察比较两组间近期临床疗效、神经系统功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力指数评分(ADL,Barthel指数)及中医症候积分。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为97.78%,75.56%,愈显率分别为77.78%,48.89%,两组总有效率及愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的NIHSS评分、ADL评分及中医症候积分明显优于对照组,差别均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论侯氏黑散配合西药治疗急性缺血性脑中风效果显著。Objective To explore the recent clinical effects of Hou’s Heisan combined with Western medicine in treating acute ischemic stroke. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases. The control group was given Western medicine, and the treatment group received Western medicine and Hou’s Heisan once a day on the basis of the control group. All the course of treatment were 14 days. The recent clinical effects, national institute of health stroke score（NIHSS）, activities of daily living（ADL, barthel index） and TCM symptom scores of the two group were compared. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group was 97.78% and 75.56%, respectively, and the explicit rate was77.78% and 48.89%, respectively. The total effective rate and the explicit rate of treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group. After the treatment, the NIHSS score, ADL and TCM symptom of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and there were significant difference between two groups of the total effective rate, the more explicit rates, NIHSS score,ADL score and TCM symptom score（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The results suggested that Hou’s Heisan combined Western medicine in treating acute ischemic stroke had significant effect.
