当代中医药文化传播与医药从业人员职业道德的建构

摘　　要：医药行业违反法律法规及违背职业道德现象给我国的国家形象造成了很坏影响,对人民群众的健康安全造成了威胁,社会非常关注、群众反映强烈。医药类职业院校在传播中医药文化、提升医药从业者职业道德水平具有重要作用。加强医药技能人才的行业责任教育、提高医药技能人才的"仁爱"之心、忠诚信念、真诚理念、诚实观念、精益求精的专业精神等,是提升当前医药行业从业人员道德的有效路径。The phenomenon of the pharmaceutical industry violating laws, regulations and professional ethics brought bad effect to the na-tional image of China, and threatened the health security of the people. This situation has aroused the concern of the society, and has caused a strong dissatisfaction with the masses. Medical vocational colleges have an important role in the cultural communication of tradi-tional Chinese medicine and enhancing the occupational morality of medical practitioners. The effective paths to improve the current med-ical practitioners’ occupational morality are strengthening the education of the profession responsibility of the medical skilled personnel,enhancing the ＂ benevolence＂ of the medical practitioners and consciousness of loyalty, sincerity and honesty as well as pursuing excel-lence in professionalism.
