经皮骨成形术与射频消融术对肺癌椎体外骨转移的止痛疗效比较

摘　　要：探讨经皮骨成形术（POP）对肺癌椎体外骨转移患者疼痛缓解和生活质量的改善效果。回顾性分析2004年1月～2014年6月我院收治的行射频消融术（RFA）治疗的40例（共49处病灶）肺癌椎体外骨转移患者作为对照组；同期收治的在数字减影血管造影（DSA）引导下POP治疗的42例（共54处病灶）肺癌椎体外骨转移患者作为观察组。两组患者随着术后随访时间的推移，VAS评分不断下降，QOL评分不断升高，尤以观察组变化更为显著。POP对肺癌椎体外骨转移患者的疗效显著，不仅能使患者的骨疼痛得到有效缓解，还能使患者的生活质量得到明显提高，利于患者运动功能的恢复，值得在临床上推广应用。To evaluate pain relief and improved quality of life of percutaneous osteoplasty （POP） for bone extraspinal metatastases of lung cancer. POP was carried out on 42 patients （54 lesions） as the observation group with bone extraspinal metatastases of lung cancer and radiofrequency ablation （RFA） as a control group was carried out in 40 patients （49 lesions） with bone extraspinal metatastases of lung cancer. The clinical data in January 2004 - June 2014 at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The VAS scores, QOL scores changed significantly over postoperative follow-up time, VAS scores declining, QOL scores continue to rise, especialiy in the observation group. POP for bone extraspinal metatastases of lung cancer is very effective, not only relieve the pain of patients, but also improve the quality of life of patients, which will help recovery of motor function in patients. It is worth to recommend in clinical application.
