中西医结合方法防治难治性、复发性消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究中西医结合防治难治性、复发性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：112例难治性、复发性溃疡性患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服中成药荆花胃康胶丸，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P=0.04535〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗难治性、复发性消化性溃疡具有较好疗效，能提高临床有效率，降低复发率。Objective：To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating refractory and recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods：112 cases of refractory and recurrence of ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 56 cases, control group was treated with conventional western medicine, based on which observation group with oral Chinese patent medicine, Jinghua Weikang pill, to com-pare therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P=0.04535〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treating refractory and recurrent peptic ulcer has good effect, and can improve the clinical effective rate, reduce the recurrence rate.
