“精益管理+互联网”模式下煤炭企业信息化评价研究

摘　　要：在互联网的冲击下,信息化正在改变着传统的煤炭产业,利用信息化手段保安全、降成本、增效益成为当务之急。分析了我国煤炭企业在"精益管理+互联网"下的发展趋势,结合"精益管理+互联网"的理念和煤炭企业信息化的特点,构建了煤炭企业信息化评价指标体系,运用G1法对各个指标的权重进行了计算,并根据计算结果提出了相关结论和建议。Under the impact of the Internet, information technology is changing the tradi- tional coal industry, using information means to ensure security, reduce cost and increase bene- fits becomes the urgent affairs. The development tendency of coal enterprises in lean manage- ment plus internet mode was analyzed, combined with the concept of lean management plus In- ternet and the characteristics of coal enterprise informatization, the evaluation index system of coal enterprise informatization was constructed. The weight of each index was calculated by G1 method, and related conclusion and suggestion were put forward according to the results.
