派特灵治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨派特灵治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法采用病例对照研究方法,选取2010年5月—2012年12月在海军总医院妇产科门诊就诊的宫颈高危型HPV DNA阳性患者253例,随机分为治疗组128例采用派特灵治疗、对照组125例仅进行观察未进行治疗。2组均于3、6、9个月及12个月后进行高危型HPV DNA检测复查,比较2组HPV DNA的转阴情况。结果应用派特灵治疗3个月后,治疗组在3、6、9个月的HPV转阴率分别为73.43%、80.46%、85.16%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在单一感染率、混合感染率及再感染率上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论派特灵治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染有较好的临床疗效,可明显缩短HPV感染的转阴时间,为临床处理提供了一个新的治疗方法。Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of paiteling on human papillomavirus( HPV) infection. Methods From May 2010 to December 2012 a case-control study was carried out in the department of obstetrics and gynecology,Navy General Hospital of PLA. 253 HPV DNA positive patients were classified into 2 groups randomly. In the experimental group,paiteling was used and in the control group,only observation without any treatment. All patients had HPV tested 3 /6 / 9 / 12 months later. Results After 3 / 6 / 9 months,the HPV negative conversion rate in the experimental group was 73. 43%,80. 46%,85. 16% respectively,which was significantly higher than in the control group( P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in single infection,mixed infection and reinfection rate between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Pai teling is effective and safe on eliminating HPV infection. It provides a new srtategy for clinical management.
