肠梗阻导管鼻饲自拟中药汤剂治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠梗阻导管联合大承气汤治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例粘连性肠梗阻患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者给予胃管鼻饲豆油治疗,观察组患者经肠梗阻导管鼻饲自拟承气汤观察两组患者治疗后一般临床症状感染情况的变化以及临床综合效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者的肛门排气时间、症状消失时间时间均早于对照组,观察组患者的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、PCT水平均较对照组患者低,观察组患者的总有效率为96.6%明显高于对照组的70.0%。结论:肠梗阻导管联合大承气汤治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻患者能够显著降低肛门排气时间、症状消失时间,降低炎症反应,有利于控制感染。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combined treatment of intestinal obstruction with the large intestine through the air duct in the treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods：60 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients according to the random number table were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each,the control group were treated with nasogastric tube oil treatment,observation group patients with ileus tube feeding Self-made Chengqi Decoction treatment in the two groups were observed after general clinical symptoms of infection situation changes and clinical comprehensive effect. Results：After treatment,observation group of patients with anal exhaust time symptoms disappear time were earlier than that of the control group were observed group,the white cell count and C-reactive protein and PCT levels were lower than those in control group,observation group total effective rate was 96.6% was significantly higher than that of the control group of 70.0%. Conclusion：Intestinal obstruction catheter combined with large Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute adhesive intestinal obstruction patients can significantly reduce the anus exhaust time,symptoms disappear time,decrease the inflammatory response to infection control.
