摘　　要：夏桂成教授创立了当代完整的中医妇科调周理论体系,形成了"中医女性生殖节律理论"。其学术体系蕴含了大量朴素的中医辨证思维,该文旨在从阴阳理论这点入手,认识其在月经周期节律调治、心-肾-子宫轴等具体妇科理论中的体现运用。阴阳理论是中医重要的理论基础,在中医妇科中对临床认识疾病的生理病理有重要的宏观指导意义。Professor XIA Guicheng founded the Chinese medicine gynecology contemporary complete Tiaozhou theory system and the＂female reproductive rhythm theory of traditional Chinese medicine＂. His academic system of traditional Chinese medicine contains a large number of simple dialectical thinking. This thesis starts from the theory of Yin and Yang to understand the application in the menstrual cycle,the heartkidney axis and the other specific gynecologic theories. The theory of Yin and Yang of Chinese medicine is the important theoretical foundation,There is an important macro guidance significance of physiological and pathological knowledge of clinical disease in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
