白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术后中西医结合护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究对白内障超声乳化吸出术和人工晶状体植入术后的患者进行中西医结合护理的临床护理效果。方法:选择本院眼科白内障超声乳化吸出术和人工晶状体植入术患者96例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。其中,对照组术后予以本科室常规护理手段,观察组予以中西医结合护理。比较两组术后视力恢复情况、并发症发生率和焦虑以及疼痛程度。结果:观察组术后视力提高效果优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率2.99%,明显低于对照组对照组12.50%(P<0.05);观察组焦虑与疼痛的减轻效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理能有效降低白内障超声乳化吸出术及人工晶状体植入术后并发症的发生,可帮助提高视力,减轻患者焦虑感以及疼痛感。Objective：To study effect of the combining Chinese and Western nursing in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods：96 patients who had been done the cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 48 cases. The control group accepted routine nursing method,and the observation group accepted combining Chinese and Western nursing. Comparison visual acuity,the rate of complications,pain and anxiety degree of two groups. Results：Improved effect of visual acuity in observation group is better than the control group,it is statistical significance（P〈0.05）;total complication rate of observation group was 2.99%,which is significantly lower than that in the control group,12.50%（P〈0.05）;in terms of reducing anxiety and pain,observation group is obviously better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combining Chinese and Western nursing is conducive to eyesight improving,reducing complication and remission of anxiety and pain.
