ICU护士对多重耐药菌感染患者执行消毒隔离措施的依从性和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：了解ICU护士实施消毒隔离措施的现状，分析影响护士消毒隔离行为依从性的相关因素。方法参照文献制定消毒隔离知识问卷、消毒隔离行为依从性问卷和消毒隔离影响因素问卷对73名ICU护士进行调查。结果73名护士消毒隔离知识平均得分为（13.73±2.78）分，依从性平均得分为（54.89±6.15）分，得分率为57.8%；影响因素按照作用的强度由强到弱依次为没有配备足够防护用品、护士人力不足、缺乏教育与培训、对感染预防控制的理念不够。结论 ICU护士消毒隔离行为依从性较低，影响因素为多方面，有待从各方面努力提高护士的依从性。Objective To probe into the current status of disinfection and isolation, and analyze the influencing factors of nurse′s disinfection and isolation behavior compliance. Methods The investigation was carried out among 73 ICU nurses according to self design disinfection and isolation knowledge questionnaire （ according to references） and disinfection and isolation influencing factor questionnaire. Results The average score of 73 nurses disinfection and isolation knowledge acquired （13. 73 ± 2. 78）, average compliance score （54. 89 ± 6. 15）, scoring average 57. 8%; the sequence of influencing factors contained insufficient protective articles, shortage of nurse′s manpower, shortcoming of education and training, and insufficient idea of infection prevention and control. Conclusions The disinfection and isolation behavior compliance is low among nurses, which is impacted by multiple influencing factors, so it requires to enhance by multiple efforts.
