摘 要:基于现有理论,本文以三一重工、中联重科、山河智能三家工程机械类企业分别与其各自长期合作供应商的双边联盟合作关系为研究对象,重点研究了双边层次联盟能力的构成维度及其对企业绩效、合作满意度影响机制,同时还检验了环境不确定性对这种影响机制的调节效应。研究发现:双边层次联盟能力是一个高阶多维构念,其可概念化为协调能力、沟通能力、关系能力三个维度,并且这三个维度均会对企业绩效及合作满意度产生正向影响,但影响程度因被解释变量不同而又有所差异,环境不确定性在这种影响机制中则发挥着显著负向调节作用。研究同时发现,不同核心企业供应商的联盟能力各维度对相关联盟合作结果的贡献程度存在差异。Because of the increasingly important role in the area of alliance management, alliance capability has become one of the key subjects in the area of alliance research. The existing research shows that alliance capability studies are mainly divided into two streams: one stream focuses on how alliance capability develops in firms, and the other stream investigates what elements specifically constitute a firm's alliance capability. Even so, elements differ at different levels of alliance. Within later stream, the constituent elements of alliance capability are being studied at two different levels. One set of scholars are focusing on a firm and its entire portfolio of alliances. Another set of scholars are focusing on individual alliances in firms. Among them, the existing alliance studies focus more attention on the bilateral level.The bilateral levels of alliance capability forming motivation research is conducted by revealing the factors influencing individual alliance. The research successfully demonstrated the existing alliance capability. However, the research does not deconstruct the alliance capability and is unable to instruct the alliance management practice. This paper used relations of-SANY,ZOOMLION,SUNWARD-the three large-scale enterprises in construction machinery industry with their respective long-term cooperation suppliers. The research objectives are to maintain and keep the cooperation relationship with focal firms, and to examine the elements of alliance capability played in bilateral alliances. Based on the large sample data, SPSS17.0 software, and AMOS7.0 software, this paper provides a linear regression analysis, reliability, and a validity model analysis of the collected obtained sample data. The results are as follows: bilateral alliance capability could be conceptualized as a multidimensional construct that comprises coordination, communication, and bonding three distinct but related aspects or skills in managing a given individual alliance.
