摘　　要：本文介绍一种用于制动位移测量和起升机构运行状态实时监测的起重机机构制动过程参数检测装置及制动性能分析方法。测量记录装置用于控制测量过程、处理和保存测量数据、判断制动性能,通过制动性能曲线可以观察制动性能变化趋势,有助于早期发现制动机构故障,避免因制动性能劣化引发的事故。This paper discusses one kind of the crane hoist braking process parameters detection device used in braking displacement measurement and running status real- time monitoring and the braking performance analysis method. Measuring and recording device is used to control the measurement process,process and store measurement data and judge the braking performance. The braking performance curve can be observed through the braking performance trends to help early detection of faults brake mechanism and avoid performance degradation caused by the braking accident.
