摘  要:试验小丰2号为试验材料,采用沙培培养的方法研究了氮素水平对红小豆幼苗生长相关形态指标和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:低氮处理(N0和N50)限制了红小豆幼苗生长相关形态指标和保护酶活性的提高;高氮处理(N200)虽显著提高了红小豆幼苗株高、地上部鲜重和干重、叶面积,促进了叶片、茎部、根部SOD、POD、CAT活性,并降低了叶片中MDA含量,但对茎粗、根长、须根数和须根总长、根系鲜重和干重均起抑制作用。中氮处理(N100和N150)在形态指标、保护酶活性、MDA含量方面均表现良好。综合分析认为,中氮处理(100~150 mg·L-1)可促进红小豆幼苗全面发育,有利于壮苗。This experiment was conducted by using Xiaofeng NO.2 with sand culture to study the effects of nitrogen levels morphological index related to growth and activities of protective enzymes. The results showed that the morphological indexe related to growth and activities of protective enzymes were inhibited by the low nitrogen treatments (NO and N50). Although some morphological indexes including plant height, fresh and dry weight of shoot, leaf area, and activities of SOD, POD, CAT in leaf, stem, root were promoted by high nitrogen treatment (N200),and MDA content in leaf was inhibited by high nitrogen treatment (N200), other morphological index including stem diameter,root length,fibrous root number,fibrous root length,and fresh and dry weight of root were inhibited by high nitrogen treatment (N200). The middle nitrogen treatments (N100 and N150) showed the good performance in terms of morphological index,activities of protective enzymes and MDA content. In conclusion,the middle nitrogen treatments( 100-150 mg· L^-1) could promote the growth and improve the equality of adzuki beansseedlin.
