隧道烘箱灭菌温度检测技术研究

摘　　要：针对隧道烘箱内的温度检测及灭菌效果的验证,提出了温度检测系统构思,设计了包含检测、校验和分析操作等模块的隧道烘箱灭菌温度检测系统,包括热电偶温度传感器选型、热电偶的冷端补偿、热电偶信号放大电路、数据采集卡选型等硬件设计,以及基于Lab VIEW的系统软件设计;通过空载热分布试验、满载热穿透试验及相关数据分析和灭菌验算,验证了系统检测隧道烘箱灭菌温度的可行性与合理性、符合隧道烘箱实际温度检测与验证的要求。With respect to the measurement of temperature in tunnel drying oven and the validation of sterilization effect in application of this oven, the configuration of temperature measuring system was proposed. The system for measuring sterilization temperature in tunnel drying oven, which includes modules of measurement, adjustment and analysis, was designed. For this system, hardware design was carried out, including selection of hot electrical couple temperature sensor, compensator at cold end of hot electrical couple, signal amplifying circuit for hot electrical couple and selection of data collection card. Also, the system software was designed by using Lab VIEW. With heat distribution test under the condition of void load, heat penetration test under the condition of full load, relevant data analysis and checking of sterilization, the feasibility and rationality of this system in measuring the sterilization temperature in the oven were verified, which met the requirements for actual temperature measurement for tunnel drying oven.
