摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查法,从校本培训现状和教师信息技术应用能力现状两个方面对施桥镇中小学一线教师进行调查研究,结果表明:施桥镇校本培训次数偏少,教师信息技术应用能力较低。Through questionnaire survey, a survey and study was carried out on the current situation of the school- based training of first- line primary and high school teachers＇ IT ability and their IT application ability in Shiqiao Town, and the results showed that the school- based training is insufficient in Shiqiao Town and the teachers＇ IT application ability is weak.
