摘　　要：经济法和现实生活联系密切,实用性很强,作为法学专业的分支学科,经济法教学也因此变得十分重要。然而,经济法教学却存在诸多问题,阻碍了经济法学科的发展。因此,开展案例教学为主的多元化教学模式、合理设置法学专业课程、改革经济法考核方式,对法学应用型人才的培养就显得极为迫切。Economic law and real life are closely related to each other. It is a highly practical subdiscipline for the major of jurisprudence, so economic law teaching has become very important. However, there are many problems in economic law teaching, hindering the development of economic law discipline.Therefore, to carry out a diversified teaching mode based on case teaching, rationally set professional courses and reform economic law evaluation methods are extremely urgent for the cultivation of applied talents majoring in jurisprudence.
