摘　　要：目的:探讨微小RNA(mi RNA)-363在正常人和甲状腺癌患者血清、甲状腺癌组织及正常癌旁组织中的表达。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测mi RNA-363在正常人和甲状腺癌患者血清中的含量,并检测甲状腺癌组织和正常癌旁组织mi RNA-363含量。结果:mi RNA-363在甲状腺癌患者血清及甲状腺癌组织中表达均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:mi RAN-363在甲状腺癌中表达下降。Objective：To investigate the expression of miRNA-363 in sera of the normal subjects and patients with thyroid carcinoma,and the expression of miRNA-363 in normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues in patients.Method：The content of miRNA-363 were tested by real-time PCR,and the content of miRNA-363 were tested on normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues in patients.Result：Compared to the normal subjects,the level of miRNA-363 were significantly decreased in sera of patients with thyroid carcinoma,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of miRNA-363 in patients with thyroid carcinoma decreases.
