摘 要:在实验室室温条件下,采用20 L自制厌氧发酵装置,设置物料浓度(TS)分别为1%、2%、3%、4%和6%的猪粪水进行厌氧消化试验,观测其对猪粪厌氧消化的影响。结果表明:猪粪发酵液的TS与初始COD、TN、TP和NH3-N的初始浓度成正比,至试验结束,猪粪COD和TN含量低于初始浓度,NH3-N和TP含量高于初始浓度。在试验范围内猪粪的总产气量随TS升高而增加;但总产气率与TS并不成正比。从产气开始时间、稳定度以及产气率综合考虑,TS 6%的猪粪发酵较好;从资源化利用来看,TS低于3%不利于持续性产气,且启动时间较长。此外,温度对猪粪厌氧发酵产气有较大影响,环境温度变幅超过±5℃时,整个厌氧消化过程停止产气。Lab - scale experiment was conducted by using anaerobic fermentation devices for 20 liters under room temperature to investigate the influence of swine manure material concentrations (TS) with 1%, 2%, 3%, 2%, and 6% on anaerobic digestion. The results show that TS and initial COD, TN, TP and NH3 - N in fermented liquid of swine manure are proportional to initial concentration. Until end of test, COD and TN contents are lower than initial concentration while NH3 - N and TP contents are higher than that of initial. Total biogas production increases with the increase of TS, but total biogas production rate is disproportionate to TS. Comprehensively taking factors such as bio- gas starting time, stability, and biogas production rate into consideration, TS of 6% ferments com- pletely. While from the view of resource utilization, TS less than 3% cam produce biogas continuously and take longer to start. In addition, temperature has great influence on anaerobic fermentation for biogas production. The anaerobic digestion process will be terminated if temperature variation amplitude exceeds + / - 5 ℃.
