摘  要:水动力节能装置可有效降低新船能效设计指数 EEDI 值,切实降低船舶燃油消耗并减少温室气体排放,取得环保和经济双重收益,已渐成新造船的标准配置。论文以某型5万吨级散货船为研究对象,对比分析带与不带桨前伴流补偿导管和桨后消涡鳍组合节能装置的共7艘姊妹船的实船试航结果,获得了加装伴流补偿导管和消涡鳍的组合节能装置的节能效果。结果表明:组合节能装置可取得5.3%~8.6%的节能效果,高于模型试验预报值。Energy saving devices can reduce vessel’s fuel consumption and decrease EEDI value, which are highly favored by ship owners nowadays. In order to maximize energy saving, the combination of ESDs with different energy saving mechanism is one of the best choices. In this paper, an energy saving device of WID (wake improving duct) combined with HVAF (hub vortex absorbed fins) is applied to a 50,000DWT bulk carrier. The energy saving effect of the WID and HVAF in full scale is validated to be as high as 5% to 8.6%by a comparison between sea trial data of sister vessels with and without ESDs, which is higher than the prediction by model tests in towing tank.
