摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查法和统计学方法对大学生自我调控能力现状进行调查和分析,剖析其影响因素并提出建议,最后论证了进行大学生自我调控能力培养的可行性及意义。By using questionnaire survey and statistics, this paper surveyed and analyzed the current situation of university stu-dents＇ self-regulation ability, analyzed the factors influencing it and proposed suggestions, and finally demonstrated the feasibility and significance of the cultivation of university students＇ self-regulation ability.
