摘　　要：根据全日制工程硕士研究生培养的目的、市场需求及目前的培养状况,从师资队伍建设、课程设置、校内外实习基地建设以及学位毕业论文质量保障体系四个方面,建立了一套适合于我国实际状况的全日制工程硕士研究生实践能力培养体系。According to the purpose of cultivation, market demand and current training status of full-time engineering graduate stu-dents, a more complete practical ability training system of full-time graduate students is established from the aspects of the construction of teaching staff, curriculum, the construction of practice base inside and outside school and the quality assurance system of degree thesis.
