摘 要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者学习潜能与社会功能的关系。方法使用言语词汇测验、韦克斯勒成人智力量表中国修订版、个人与社会表现量表、阳性与阴性症状量表对54例确诊的精神分裂症患者分别进行学习潜能评估、智力、社会功能、临床症状的评估,同时收集患者的基本临床资料。结果精神分裂症患者的学习潜能与其社会功能存在高度相关(r=0.830,P<0.01),与智力(r=0.433,P<0.05)和受教育程度(r=0.512,P<0.01)存在中度相关。按照学习潜能大小分组后,发现高学习潜能组的认知功能相对较好,其社会适应能力表现较低学习潜能和无学习潜能组优秀。结论精神分裂症患者学习潜能与其社会功能密切相关,学习潜能越大,社会功能就越好。学习潜能大小能够较好的反应患者的适应能力。Objective To explore the relationship between learning potential and social function of schizophrenia patients. Methods 54 cases with schizophrenia were assessed learning potential, intellectual, social function and clinical symptoms by Verbal Vocabulary Test, China Revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, Personal and Social Performance Scale, and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale. While the patients' basic clinical data were collected. Results There had high correlation with schizophrenia patients' learning potential social function(r=0.830, P〈0.01),and there had moderate correlation of intelligence(r=0.433, P〈0.05) and educational level(r=0.512, P〈0.01). Grouped according to learning potential, cognitive function of high learning potential group was relatively better, and social adaptability was better than low learning potential and no learning potential group. Conclusion Schizophrenia patients' learning potential are closely related to their social function, learning potential is bigger, social function will be better.the magnitude of learning potential can well response patients adaptability.
