腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术的临床效果。方法选择在我院进行诊治的胃癌患者80例,根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规开腹手术予以治疗,治疗组给予腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术。结果治疗组的术中出血量、术后排气时间与术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的术后肺部感染、肠梗阻、腹腔感染、吻合口漏等并发症发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术具有微创性的特点,能促进患者的康复,且安全性好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical distal gastrectomy.Methods80 patients of gastric cancer were selected and according to the random draw principles divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 patients each. Control group used conventional open surgery, while treatment group received laparoscopic distal gastrectomy.Results The blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay of treatment group was signiifcantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection, intestinal obstruction, abdominal infection, anastomotic leakage and other complications of treatment group were signiifcantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy is minimally invasive, and it promotes the rehabilitation of patients with good security.
