醒脑静在老年脑出血患者急性期治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年脑出血患者急性期治疗中应用醒脑静的临床疗效。方法以2012月4月～2015年4月我院收治的62例老年急性脑出血患者为研究对象,随机将其均分为两组,每组31例。对照组给予患者常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上行醒脑静静脉滴注,每日1次,每次用药30 ml,连续用药1个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效,对比分析两组患者不良反应情况。结果两组患者用药期间均无明显药物不良反应,实验组患者21例显效,9例有效,治疗有效率96.77%,高于对照组治疗有效率,组间差异对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论常规治疗基础上给予老年脑出血急性期患者醒脑静治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,安全无毒副作用。Objective To investigate the clinical application of Xingnaojing injection in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in the treatment of elderly.Methods 62 cases of elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015, 31 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment, experimental group in the control group based on the treatment of uplink Xingnaojing injection, once a day, each medication 30 ml and treated for one month and compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with adverse reactions.ResultsThere was no obvious drug reaction in the two groups. The experimental group had 21 cases, cases were effective, 9 cases were effective, the effective rate was 96.77%, signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conventional therapy give senile cerebral hemorrhage patients in acute stage treated by Xingnaojing injection, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, safety and no toxic and side effect.
