摘　　要：糠粞分离是米糠油制取的重要工序之一,对提高经济效益,保证正常生产,降低残油和溶耗都有益处。本文分析了在生产中使用的糠粞分离方法的优缺点,着重介绍筛选与风选结合的二次分离工艺及设备研发和选型,首先完成米糠和米粞,再提纯米粞,以得到纯净的商品米粞。Rice bran and broken rice separation is one of the important steps in the preparation of rice bran oil. To improve the economic benefits to ensure normal production, reducing residual oil and solvent consumption is beneficial. The advantages and disadvantages of the method used in the production of rice bran and broken rice separation were analyzed. The screening with winnowing of secondary separation process and equipment study and developing selection were focuses on. The first to complete is the rice bran and broken rice, then the purification of broken rice, finally the pure commodity broken rice is obtained.
