摘　　要：面对病案信息管理现代化、信息化的新形势,我院病案室在病案管理学科建设方面做了探索和实践,取得了一定的效果。领导的重视、各部门的支持、医务人员的理解与配合是首要条件;建章立制,形成一套高效的运行机制是根本保证;学科建设与发展人才是关键;学科管理必须精细化;建立一套与时俱进的激励机制。Facing the new situation of medical record information management modernization and informatization,we has made the exploration and practice in the discipline construction of medical record management,has achieved a certain effect.The attention of the leadership,departments of support,medical personnel understanding and cooperation is the primary condition.Establish a new system,forming a set of efficient operation mechanism is the fundamental guarantee.Discipline construction and talent development are important.Discipline management must be refined.Discipline management must be refined.
