摘　　要：高等工科院校结合工程实践,培养创新应用型人才是当前社会的客观要求,建立开放实验室是高校创新应用型人才培养的关键环节。分析了目前高等学校实验室实践教学的现状和存在的问题,阐述了实验室开放的必要性,提出实验室开放工作的具体措施,总结了应用型本科院校实验室开放的形式和内容,对如何有效开展开放实验室工作进行了探索,其中部分措施已在我校汽车工程实验室实施并取得较好的效果。The creative applied talents trained to combined with engineering practice by the high engineering college is the objective requirement of the current society.To establish opening-Lab is the key points that the engineering college cultivates creative applied talents.This paper analyzes the present situation of practice teaching in college laboratory and the existing problems,expounded the necessity,proposed the specific measures and summarized the form and content of laboratory opening.To explore how to effectively carry out openingLab work,some of these measures have been implemented in vehicle engineering laboratory of our college and achieved good results.
