摘　　要：以彰显胜任能力为主的培训方式已成为全球各类人才培养的主要趋势。在阐释胜任力理论的基础上,结合当前中医人才培养模式的现状,初步提出建立基于胜任力模型的中医人才培养模式、考核体系及奖惩机制,为当前中医人才培养的改革提供了崭新的视角。The training method which mainly highlights the ability has become the major global trend of all the personnel training. On the basis of interpretation of competency theory,combined with the current situation of Chinese medicine training model,the TCM personnel training mode,the evaluation system and the incentive mechanisms which primarily based on the competence mode has been proposed and established,all these provide a new perspective for the reform of Chinese medicine personnel training.
