HMGB 1在舌鳞状上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨舌鳞癌中高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)的表达及其对淋巴结转移和疾病转归的关系。方法:收集51例有完整临床及随访资料的舌鳞癌石蜡标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法观察HMGB1在不同分类的口腔鳞癌组织中的表达,并分析HMGB1与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及患者预后之间的关系。结果:HMGB1在舌鳞癌组织中呈高表达,阳性率92.2%;HMGB1表达与肿瘤分化程度在统计学上无显著相关性;有淋巴结转移的高表达率为81.2%,无淋巴结转移的高表达率为32.6%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高表达HMGB1的舌鳞癌患者较低表达者转归差,其生存率较低(P<0.05)。结论:舌鳞癌组织中HMGB1与淋巴结转移及转归密切相关;HMG1的表达在一定程度上可用作反映舌鳞癌预后的重要生物学指标。Objective：To investigate the expression and biological significance of HMGB1 proteinin tissue specimens of tongue squamous cell carcinoma（TSCC）,and study the correlation between HMGB1 and clinical features of the patients.Methods：The expression of HMGB1 protein was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining in 51 cases of TSCC specimens and further correlated with clinical pathologic parameters of the patients using statistical methods.Results：The positive rates of HMGB1 in TSCC tissues were 92.2%.The expression of HMGB1 was not significantly correlated with tumor histological differentiation,however it was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）in TSCC.There were 81.2% high expression of HMGB1 in lymph node metastasis,while only 32.6 %in no metastasis cases.The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with strong expression of HMGB1 had poorer overall survival rate compared with that in patients with relatively low HMGB1expression（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：HMGB1over-expression was closely associated with metastasis and poorer prognosis inpatients with TSCC.
