高职院校大学科技园建设有效机制的研究与探索

摘　　要：为了充分发挥高职院校大学科技园的功能,以江苏省省级大学科技园——徐州工业职业技术学院大学科技园为例,进行了高职院校大学科技园建设模式、合作机制、运行机制、保障机制的研究和探索,提出了高职院校大学科技园应采取"政府引导,学校主体,企业参与"的建设模式,建立了"责任共担,利益共享"的合作机制,"企业化管理,市场化运作"的运行机制和"组织健全,制度规范"的保障机制.In order to give full play to the function of science parks in higher vocational colleges, this paper, taking provincial science park of Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example, carries out study and exploration of construction mode, cooperation mechanism, operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of science park in higher vocation college. Based on that, it puts forward that science parks of higher vocational colleges should adopt the construction mode including governments guidance, college＇s subject and enterprises participation, and we should establish the cooperation mechanism of joint responsibility and interest, operation mechanism of enterprise management and marketable cooperation, and guarantee mechanism with sound organization and normative system.
