大学生基层工作角色实践研究

摘　　要：基层工作角色实践对大学生稳定就业、职业生涯发展等各方面都具有重要的影响,越来越受到企业界、学者和社会的广泛关注。大学生基层工作角色实践是指大学生在职业准备期进行基层工作角色扮演过程中,根据其对基层工作角色的认知,自发或有组织地在学校、企业、社会或家庭中从事操作性、事务性的最低层次工作的行为和活动,其影响因素包括外部环境因素和个体影响因素。大学生基层工作角色实践的过程分为三个阶段:基层工作角色学习/认知阶段、基层工作角色实践阶段和基层工作角色建构阶段。Role practice in grass-root work exercises important effect on college students＇ stability of employment and career development, drawing increasing concerns from business circles, scholars and the society. Such role practice refers to the spontaneous or organized behavior and activity of the lowest level in operational or transactional work in schools, enterprises, society or families according to the students＇ understanding of the roles they are to play in grass-root work before they are em- ployed. Its influence factors include both the environmental and individual ones. It can be divided into three stages： role learning/cognition, role practice stage and role construction stage.
