摘　　要：切缘阴性的根治性切除可以延长肝门部胆管癌患者术后长期生存率。解剖性肝右三区合并尾状叶切除可获得更长的胆管切缘,从而提高R0切除率。本文将介绍右三区合并门静脉切除重建治疗肝门部胆管癌的手术方法、原则和要点。The long-term survival of patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma could he achieved by a R0 resection. Anatomic right trisectionectomy with eaudate lohectomy could gain a longer bile duct resection margin to increase the chance of R0 resection. This paper describes the principles and key points of combined fight triseetionectomy and portal vein reconstruction in treating hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
