摘　　要：皮脂腺异位是一种少见病,发生于食管较为罕见,内镜医师对该病认识不足,因此容易被误诊为黄斑瘤。现报道1例食管异位皮脂腺患者的诊治过程。The sebaceous gland ectopic is a rare disease,which is rare in the esophagus,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed as xanthelasma. This paper reported a case of ectopic sebaceous glands in the esophagus.
