摘　　要：本文系统性回顾分析家兔结肠袋状收缩的研究历程,包括家兔结肠袋解剖、组织学特点及其功能相关性;结肠袋状收缩特征及其肌源性和神经源性支配特点;与人类结肠的相似之处及对人结肠动力研究的意义。This paper described the research history of the haustral contraction of rabbit colon,which included anatomical and histological characteristics of haustrum. Meanwhile the paper analyzed the myogenic activity and neurohumoral control of colonic motility in the rabbit,the similarities between rabbit colon and human colon,and the clinical significance of different motor patterns in human colon.
