先天性短结肠合并溃疡性结肠炎1例报道

摘　　要：先天性短结肠(congenital short colon,CSC)是一种先天性解剖异常,表现为结肠长度明显缩短,部分或全部结肠呈囊袋状改变。几乎所有病例均为新生儿或幼儿,成年后首次发现者极为罕见。CSC合并溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)目前国内外尚无相关报道。本文报道1例成年CSC合并重症UC。Congenital short colon（ CSC） is a rare congenital anatomical abnormality with short and pouch-like colon. Almost all cases that have been reported were infants. This disease first discovered during adult period is extremely rare. CSC combined with ulcerative colitis（ UC） has not been reported at home or abroad. Here,a case of adult female with CSC and severe UC was reported.
