改良内冠式套筒冠在下颌倾斜基牙固定修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良内冠式套筒冠在下颌第一磨牙缺失,第二磨牙倾斜固定修复中的应用效果。方法通过改良套筒内冠改变倾斜基牙轴向,与另一侧基牙取得共同就位道,固定修复下颌缺失牙。结果 27个固定桥经过0.5~2年临床观察,固位稳定,基牙无继发龋,无牙龈炎症,无松动,咀嚼效果较好。X线片显示,倾斜基牙牙槽骨无明显吸收。结论改良内冠式套筒冠可用于倾斜基牙的固定修复,扩大了固定修复的适应范围。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the modified telescopic denture on restoration for the patients with tilted molars as abutments in mandible. Methods The fixed partial denture was made for 27 patients with the first molar defect and the second molar tilted in mandible. The axis of the tilted abutment was adopted by using the modified telescopic inner-crown to achieve a common path of insertion for a fixed partial denture. Results A 0. 5-2 years＇ follow-up study was conducted on the patients to evaluate the effects of the modified telescopic inner-crown on the fixed partial denture. After they were applied to these patients,all dentures were comfortable,stable and functioning. The abutments were healthy without endodontic and periodontal disease. X-Ray showed no absorption of alveolar.Conclusions The modified telescopic denture is a well-accepted treatment modality in patients with the titled molars.
