Glyde根管调节剂在狭窄细小根管治疗中约诊间痛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨Glyde根管调节剂对狭窄细小根管预备后疼痛的影响。方法 :收集2013年9月至2014年12月因牙髓炎或根尖周炎需做根管治疗的中老年患者52例共52颗恒磨牙。对52颗狭窄细小根管的磨牙进行根管预备,用Glyde根管调节剂辅助不锈钢K锉疏通根管,观察约诊间痛发生情况。结果 :约诊间痛发生率仅为3.85%(2/52),无一例并发蜂窝组织炎。结论 :Glyde根管调节剂能很好地协助不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,有效清除根管粘污层,扩大狭窄根管,减少约诊间痛的发生,适合基层医院使用。Objective： To investigate the inlfuence of Glyde root canal regulator on the pain after the preparation of the ifne root canal stenosis.Methods： From Sept. 2013 to Dec. 2014, a total of 52 permanent molars in 52 elderly patients whose pulpitis or periapical periodontitis required the root canal treatment. The root canal preparation was carried out for 52 ifne narrow root canal molars, and the root canal was cleaned with the stainless steel K files assisted with Glyde root canal regulator to observe the occurrence of the inter-appointment pain.Results： The incidence of the inter-appointment pain was only 3.85%（2/52）, and there was none of the concurrent cellulitis.Conclusion： Glyde root canal regulator can well assist the stainless steel K ifles in the root canal preparation to effectively remove the root canal fouling layer, expand the narrow root canal, and reduce the incidence of the inter-appointment pain, which is appropriate for the application in the primary hospitals.
