摘　　要：个案叙事研究表明,农村初中化学骨干教师PCKg集中体现为关于学生的知识、关于学习情境的知识,主要源于作为学生时的经验。农村初中教师PCKg的要素、生成都是个性化的。促进农村初中教师PCKg发展,应以师德修养为核心。A case narrative inquiry shows that good chemistry teachers＇ PCKg in rural junior middle school is mainly seen about students＇ knowledge and learning context, which mainly comes from their own experience as students before. Also, the elements and generation of PCKg are individualized. We should center on teachers＇ morality and accomplishments to promote the development of their PCKg in rural junior middle school.
