摘 要:选择两幢相同的稻谷平房仓,在一幢试验仓房中安装一套横向通风系统并在一侧的2个通风口安装2台轴流风机,对照仓采用三组一机双道"U"字形竖向通风系统,并在一侧的3个通风口安装3台轴流风机,在相同环境气候条件下,全面测试比较了两栋仓的通风降温效果、能耗和通风均匀性。对比试验证明,横向与竖向通风的粮温下降模型分别是线性和幂函数;通风结束24h后,轴流风机横向和竖向通风后粮堆内温度均匀度分别为90%和89%,横向通风优于竖向通风。以风道上墙、全程覆膜、气流由竖变横为特点的横向通风模式,可以满足实仓通风降温的技术要求,具有良好的推广应用价值。In two same flat warehouses with paddy stored, one is the test with a horizontal ventilation system and two axial flow fans, and another is conducted with vertical ventilation system and three axial flow fans. In the same ambient air temperature, the temperature reduction, energy consumption, uniformity with horizontal and vertical ventilation had been compared. The comparison results indicated that models of reducing paddy temperature with horizontal and vertical ventilation are the linear function and the power function, respectively. The unit energy consumption of horizontal ventilation are less than 19% of vertical ventilation, the unit of ventilation volume less than 86m^3/t(paddy) and for total volume less than 120000 m^3 in one warehouse. The energy conservation and the reduced temperature with horizontal ventilation are apparentely better than that with vertical ventilation. After 24 h of ventilation end, the uniformity of grain temperature with horizontal and vertical ventilation are 90% and 89%, respectively, and the former are better than the vertical ventilations. So horizontal ventication with characteristics of air duct on the warehouse wall, film cover for whole stored period, horizontal air flow into grain mass can satisfy the grain ventilation demond in practice. It has an excellent extension application value.
