摘　　要：目的研究柯萨奇病毒感染与胰岛素依赖性糖尿病之间的关系。方法采用人肠道病毒B组中柯萨奇B4病毒株感染小鼠,检测感染后小鼠胰腺组织病毒滴度、病理变化、糖耐量及胰岛素分泌情况。结果病毒感染组小鼠胰腺组织病毒滴度比心肌组织和血清病毒滴度高,胰腺外分泌部破坏、胰岛萎缩;免疫组化分析显示胰岛素分泌量减少;小鼠糖耐量异常。结论柯萨奇B4病毒感染可导致小鼠胰腺损伤,功能异常。Objective Study the association between Coxsackievirus infection and T1 Donset.Methods Infect mice with CVB4 strain which belongs to Human Enterovirus B group.Test the virus titre,pathological changes,glucose tolerance,and insulin secretion assays of the pancreatic tissues after infection.Results The virus titre of the pancreatic tissues was higher than that of the cardiac muscle tissues or the serum.Exocrine pancreas were damaged.Islands of pancreas were depauperated.Immunohistochemcial assays of pancreatic tissue indicated insulin secretory volume reduction.The glucose tolerance of the mouse was abnormality.Conclusion Damage and disfunction of the mouse pancreatic tissue can be induced by CVB4 infection.
