基层农科所创新团队建设的思考——以甘肃省天水市农业科学研究所为例

摘　　要：文章以甘肃省天水市农业科学研究所4年来开展农业科技创新团队培养与建设的实践为例,从基层农科所的实际出发,提出了依托区域特色优势产业,明确创新团队研究方向;加快人才培养和引进,夯实创新团队人才基础;加强学术交流平台建设,优化创新团队建设条件;制定和创建制度机制,完善创新团队保障制度;转变观念和工作作风,提升团队创新能力等建设基层农业科研单位科技创新团队的建议。Taking four years′ practice of breeding and construction of agricultural scientific innovative team in Tianshui City Institutes of Agricultural Sciences of Gansu Province as a case, and starting from the actuality in Grassroots Institutes of Agricultural Sciences, suggestions for constructing this team were put forward in this paper, i.e., making clear of research orientation relying on the regional characteristics of competitive industries, accelerating the introduction of talents and personnel training to create a sound basis, strengthening academic exchange platform, developing and creating institutional mechanism to perfect the guarantee system, changing ideas and work style to boost innovative ability of the team.
