摘　　要：儒家德育思想博大精深,是中国传统文化的积淀和结晶,对当今中学思想政治教育工作有着非常重要的借鉴意义。本文充分挖掘儒家在德育目标、内容、过程、方法等方面的利用价值,并结合中学思想政治教育工作的现状,期望更好地发挥中学思想政治教育的德育作用。Confucian moral education thoughts are profound,which are the accumulation and crystallization of Chinese traditional culture, and it has an important significance of reference for the current high school ideological and political education work.This paper fully explores the value of the Confucian moral education goal, content, process and method, with the combination of the present situation of the middle school ideological and political education work; it expects to better play the moral education role of high school ideological and political education.
