摘　　要：师范生顶岗实习工作,是高师院校人才培养与基础教育均衡发展需求契合的时代产物,符合高师院校转型发展的需要。顶岗实习学校是顶岗实习工作的重要组成部分,关系到顶岗实习是否有效的前提和保证。为了做好实习基地学校的遴选与建设,本文分析了顶岗实习学校遴选的原则与要求,提出了顶岗实习学校的遴选的措施与建议。The in-post teaching practice in normal universities is the product of the times that the cultivation of talents in normal colleges and universities should be consistent with basic educa- tion balanced development demand. And it meets the needs of the transformation development of normal colleges and universities. Field work schools are an important part of the field work, because it relates to the effectiveness of the field work. In order to do the selection and construction of practice base schools, the principles and requirements of field work school selection and construction are analyzed. And the measures and suggestions for field work school selection are put forward.
